Our Vintage Ranch
We took a leap of Faith, packed our first home up in boxes, and moved across the state leaving our families and childhood homes. My husband had a job opportunity he just couldn't pass up. The problem, I knew I would be homesick. We had a 4 year old and Newborn Twins! I didn't think I could stand it, or call another place home... I knew I would have to make this house a cozy spot to make me feel "at home" and special to keep me from being homesick...so, here I go on an adventure to make my house a home. I have always been inspired by design and beautiful things since I was a little girl. I would redecorate my room all the time, using things around the house to make it special. I love to go into friends homes and move things around, give it a new face and leave them feeling like they have something really special... and most of the time not even costing them a dime. I love all styles, but my heart is in between Vintage Revival and Rustic Elegance. Along the way I will post things that inspire me, things that are Yummy and things that make my heart go pitter patter! I can't wait to share!
